Refund policy

Size exchange only. FuturePark offers size exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are not available.

Conditions: the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. The exchange is for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. The customer pays the delivery charge for the exchange.

Wrong or damaged item: if you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no extra cost.
