Size exchange
If the size doesn't fit, you can request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- The customer pays the delivery charge for the exchange.
- Exchange is for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
Refunds
We offer size exchanges only. Refunds are not available.
Wrong or damaged item
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and our team will help you resolve it.
